The front desk lady (always sits on the left) is always rude and unwelcoming, every time I go there she has this nasty attitude. She was even being rude to this elderly couple where English wasn’t their first language. Then I get to the back and I overhear the nurse practitioner that called me into the clinical room say that she put me into the wrong room, and for the doctor not to “forget me” while laughing about it. I really was pleasantly surprised by my whole experience here. Inclusive and happy staff goes a long way. Blasting 90’s R&B, some folks were singing along. No one tried to sell me a SINGLE thing. Just asked to see a photo of my cat. Highly recommend.
The ladies working the front desk are always so nice and helpful. Dr. Ibler is the best. A no-nonsense kind of doctor, which I like. Easy to understand and helpful. Great office environment.
Simply a wonderful experience from the time I arrived until I left. Everyone was kind and informative every step of the way.
