No one there, no update on website to closing, why would they not put at least a sign on the door? No return calls , will not respond to email. If your closed fix your website!
Been coming to the Rincon office the past 2 years ago with no issues. Today I had an appointment scheduled for 7:45am, had done all the online prep and check in and continued getting the text updates. I have been standing outside for 30 minutes while the door is locked and nobody is here. Someone at a neighboring medical practice came up to me saying they haven’t seen anyone come and go in weeks and have seen other patients standing outside and unable to contact anyone. We waited nearly three months for this appointment, but when we arrived on the scheduled date, the office was closed and nobody answered the phone. I would not recommend using this place.
When you schedule a client to be at an appointment at the Rincon office and said client drives AN HOUR AND A HALF for said appointment, just for the office to be closed indefinitely with no phone call, email, NOTHINGGGGGG. That’s not ok. And I won’t be back. Which sucks because I had a great experience at the Beaufort office. Y’all need to do better
Scheduled a dermatologist appointment 2 months out for my elderly disabled father. Showed up for the appointment at 2:45 and the door was locked and no one will answer the phone at any office.
