When you schedule a client to be at an appointment at the Rincon office and said client drives AN HOUR AND A HALF for said appointment, just for the office to be closed indefinitely with no phone call, email, NOTHINGGGGGG. That’s not ok. And I won’t be back. Which sucks because I had a great experience at the Beaufort office. Y’all need to do better

Scheduled a dermatologist appointment 2 months out for my elderly disabled father. Showed up for the appointment at 2:45 and the door was locked and no one will answer the phone at any office.

Never opens on time. Staff is constantly late. They don’t answer the phone.

Called to reschedule my appointment 1 month or so ahead of time. Called back again the DAY BEFORE to reschedule my appointment again for about a month out. I wasn’t getting any confirmation texts or emails about that appointment and someone was nice enough from the bluffton office to call me back - which was the DAY BEFORE that appointment again! If you lost track that’s the 3rd appointment… she apologized for everything and rescheduled me again for the following week. The Rincon office needs to get it together.
