The surgical results were great. I had keloid removal on both ears along with minor earlobe reconstruction, and my ears still look amazing two years later. The results were also supported by radiation at my local hospital for best outcomes. Unfortunately, my experience with billing has been extremely frustrating. Great and relaxing atmosphere, I have been going to Pinnacle Dermatology and Plastic Surgery for almost three years now. The providers there are amazing and very attentive to the needs and concerns of their patients. Always available when you have questions and concerns even outside of the office. Dr. Lilly is ALWAYS amazing to take such incredibly thorough care of me as a patient! She sincerely cares about my concerns and/or symptoms and treats me accordingly. I trust her wholeheartedly and refer her consistently to my friends and my family! I walk out of her office feeling so much better than when I walked in!
Dr was in room less than 10 mins, Very difficult to get in touch with, never called me back, & then called in a prescription that my child is allergic to & they have his allergies on file.
