RUN DON'T WALK ABOUT FROM THIS CORPORATE RIPOFF ENTITY if you are not currently a patient. My doctor, Shirley Jean Baptiste, is awesome HOWEVER PINNACLE SUCKS! This is a money-grubbing corporation that has no respect for the Hippocratic Oath. Everything having to do with this practice is a disaster. On the automated message, they state that they take walk-in appointments at all clinics! Of course they do, at the expense of the patients with appointments. Their fees are outrageous and unreasonable. I went in for a Botox consultation. I was I spoke with Dr Boyum for 10-15 minutes, she was nice. While I was there I mentioned I had breakouts on my face from wearing a mask. Dr. Boyum prescribed some topical medication to treat the breakout on my face. Because I mentioned something besides the Botox injection I was charged a new patient fee and an office visit for a total of $528.36. That fee did not include any Botox.

I declined that offer because I really wanted to see a MD. I again called to make a new appointment and after somewhat of a to-do I got an appointme... read more

One star for the terrible waste of time this office put me through. They recommended I take accutane even though I didn’t need it and it made absolutely no difference for six months. Really messed with my vitals - gave me high cholesterol. Requires you to get bloodwork monthly and visit monthly just so they can collect. Additionally, I went in to the office ten days before my wedding under stress because my skin was displaying new issues. Dr. Spurlin did not have the patience to deal with a stressed out bride so he walked ... read more
