I’ve been a patient since the Frisco location first opened, and I’ve always appreciated the professionalism and consistency of the team. Lately, though, I’ve been disappointed. Over my last two or three visits, I’ve seen a different provider and different techs each time. I’m not sure what’s going on, but when the staff seems to change every six months, it starts to feel like a revolving door. Honestly, it’s beginning to remind me of MINT Dentistry, and that’s not the experience I originally came here for.
