This dentist and medical department are pathetic
I had a terrible experience with dentist Dr.Colleen Loftus DMD .On 04/16/2024 I went to the dentist because my general dentist needed to fill out a clearance form that I needed to take to the Orthodontics in order for me to be able to get braces. She was nice and professional during the visit. I gave her the form and she filled it out. She mark off the part on the form requirements that's states that I am clear of untreated oral disease that may make orthodontic treatment unsuccessful. Worst dentist ever, I came here with an appointment at 1pm almost 2 hours have been pass they didn't called my name for to see a doctor, this is my first and last time will be visiting this place and will also tell my friends and friends not to visit this place never ever....!!!!
Para lo que hay que ver en el Bronx están bien. Lo único malo que veo es el tiempo de espera porque ha de suponerse que si alguien va por una emergencia necesita prioridad y no esperar 3 horas para ser atendido . Pero lo demás todo bien
I have a really hard time , they don’t care about their patient at all , it is jungle. Mi experiencia fue horrible no vayan a este lugar no les importa los pacientes me hicieron perder el tiempo y casi pierdo un diente , los doctores son impuntuales y el personal es pésimo tratan a las personas como animales, no lo recomiendo,
