I had a really great visit today with Dr. Chung!! She’s is one of the most thorough and thoughtful dentist I’ve met. She really knows her craft. The office staff were amazing as well. Thank you Pinnacle Dental for a wonderful visit.

I’ve been a patient since the Frisco location first opened, and I’ve always appreciated the professionalism and consistency of the team. Lately, though, I’ve been disappointed. Over my last two or three visits, I’ve seen a different provider and different techs each time. I’m not sure what’s going on, but when the staff seems to change every six months, it starts to feel like a revolving door. Honestly, it’s beginning to remind me of MINT Dentistry, and that’s not the experience I originally came here for.

I highly recommend my dentist Hanyoung! She was absolutely great and provided exceptional care. She listened so well to all my concerns and did a fantastic job with my appointment. She made sure to perform a very thorough cleaning and checked all the specific pain points I had mentioned. Excellent service and attention to detail all around! + Best front office staffs :)

Dr. Chung is excellent and very thorough all the time. She is very knowledgeable and gives you the best option for any needed treatment. I’m grateful and highly recommend her. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. My husband was seen the day before me and had to have a deep cleaning. Multiple people asked me how he was doing which showed that they care about their patients. As long as we are in this area, we will continue to use them for our dental needs.
