Love this office! As someone with dental anxiety, finding a new dentist is always a challenge. Everyone in this office is so kind, understanding, and patient. The dentist has a very calm demeanor. I moved to Fort Worth and still make the drive to this office!
Finding a new dentist is a hard task. Well not anymore! Pinnacle dentist, and dr Howard will make sure you and your whole family is taken care of. The staff and hygenists are so awesome as well. Everyone here makes you feel comfortable welcome and they don't push any unnecessary procedures on you! I am very happy here. Highly recommend
Always had a great experience at Pinnacle Dental. The staff is friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. No waiting time so I appreciate that. I am a relatively new patient here - I had another dentist office in Frisco, but felt when I needed significant dental work done that perhaps I was getting charged a premium. So, I scheduled with Pinnacle Dental Frisco to get a second opinion. And wouldn't you know it, this office was indeed less expensive out of pocket! Examining other factors, such as staff/doctor, facilities, etc. was all otherwise a wash (both were very nice), so it became an obvious choice to switch to Pinnacle. It has always been a safe and flawless experience during all my dental visits with Doctor Moon and Ms Linh. The front desk team is courteous and helpful! Apart my from 5 star rating, I highly recommend Dr. Moon for his kind personality, patience and expertise.
