I purchased a home in August 2025 the landscaping and construction was done by Pinnacle and it was the cheapest constructed home ever. Cheap paint on the walls, hvac problems. They back filled the lawns with sand and didnt even use primer for the walls. Very dissatisfied. This is who built and co strutted the homes for the 2080 union project and it was terribly done despite these home selling for $300 K. The quality of the home is equivalent to a manufactured home 🤦♀️
A driver for Pinnacle Construction almost took my life while I was standing out front of my mailbox getting my mail, their driver of the black Pinnacle truck (could have been the president of this company) almost KILLED ME! They could have easily move over into the empty opposite lane but instead took full aim at me! I've complain to the company, but they only blame me and the owner refuses to discuss it!
