We had our roof replaced by this company, and one of the reasons we chose them was because of the warranty they offered. Unfortunately, when an issue came up that should have been covered under the warranty, I contacted the company multiple times to have it repaired. Despite my calls and messages, I never received a response or any follow-up. The roof itself was completed, but customer service after the sale has been very disappointing. Brad provides exceptional customer service... he's responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and always quick to communicate. Most recently, after a storm blew a shingle off our roof, he came out on very short notice and had it repaired quickly and efficiently.
