Instead of trying to upsell me on a full replacement, he honestly advised me on a simple repair that saved me thousands of dollars.
Pinnacle did a fantastic job on our new roof. Our roof was only 8 years old but had severe damage due to defective Tamko shingles. Kirk with Pinnacle guided us through the Tamko warranty process including removing and sending in shingles to Tamko. Roof materials were delivered the day before the installation and the installation was completed in one day including tear-off of the old roof. Roof looks great and they did an excellent job of cleaning up.
Our shingles had a manufacturer defect issue. The team at pinnacle were super helpful in walking us through the process of filing a claim with the manufacturer. Walking through this process would be very difficult alone with no shingle knowledge. Kirk was in constant communication and always willing to answer any questions. Pinnacle Roofing did an outstanding job from start to finish. After two other firms confirmed major roof damage but failed to get the claim approved last year, Jimmy stepped in and got my roof approved this year. He was available, polite, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. The quality of the roof and repairs is second to none, and his crew worked hard, did excellent work, and left everything clean. I highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing.
We just got our new roof and gutters installed. We had an insurance claim and a shingle recall. Getting through two separate process was very detailed, John was amazing and helped us every step of the way. We are so pleased with the work that was done and how easy John made it for us. He was professional, knowledgeable and so patient!
