Jake and John take time to review any damage thoroughly and work directly with the insurance adjuster for a smooth claim. Jimmy and Grant are AMAZING. Very friendly and responsive. Talks you through the entire process without overwhelming you. Routinely checks in on status and progress before, during, and after installation. Their installation crew is very timely and respectful of your property. Once they finished, it looked as though they were never there. No trash, debris, or nails left behind.
Grant Tarpley was the rep from Pinnacle Construction that I worked with. They did a great job. They showed on time and didn't delay, roof was on in no time and looks great.I would, and have recommended this team.
