I currently live in a condo managed by Pinnacle management and Jeff Leonard. I have been making the same maintenance request since April and have yet to receive a response or have the request addressed
I have worked with Jeff Leonard for over 15 years as our HOA property manager. He is prompt, professional and always pleasant to deal with. He's saved us a lot of money over the years by being able to shop around for our contractors!
Pinnacle has been the management company for the association where I live for more than 10 years. I have found Jeff and his entire staff to be honest and open. Jeff has been a tremendous help in guiding our association through the years. Pinnacle is by far one of the best condominium management companies I have worked with in the 20 years living I have owned condominiums.
I have been on the board for one of the condo's that Pinnacle manages and they are very honest and always available to help you. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for someone to manage their condo. Jeff Leonard is a true professional.
