⭐ 1 Star Our experience with this management company has been absolutely unacceptable. We are now dealing with issues that go far beyond poor customer service. A lender reviewing our condominium association documents identified multiple discrepancies between the association’s financial information and the condominium questionnaire provided for financing purposes. The management company refuses to help people at the crossings village condo association. They refuse to speak to lenders to overcome an issue that is preventing any sales to be approved by FNMA. What a shame.
Thus far, they have shown little or no interest in working with Pine Run owners to address their needs etc. Need to speak with them?Good luck with that. The "Enumerate Engage" site they employ is dysfunctional. Need assistance logging in, as in "how many times do I have to reinvent the PW wheel" to no avail? How about NO, "take a hike", etc. etc.
If you care about your community do not hire Pinnacle. They never pick up the phone and if you then send an email with 3 questions they will only answer 1 in a week if you're lucky. I have even witnessed the owner Heather mocking one of my neighbors for "talking too" much during a ZOOM meeting about concerns for our homes. I do not recommend this company in any capacity they are not professional.
