Anytime you call pinnacle management company you never get A response. Our building has been under construction. The place is a complete disaster zone. There is no management person on site to oversee any of the construction being done. Contractors leave messes and no one cleans them up. Construction debris, garbage etc
Called and left a message for accounting to call me back. Never received a call. Forced to escalate my issue to the next step. And I'm gonna lobby my community to change hoa's
I’ve been in property management for over 25 yrs and Pinnacle Management is by far the WORST!!! STAY AWAY…….
Called and spoke to a representative in regards to HOA management of our 250 unit park. The representative took our applicable information and advise me we would hear back shortly. Waited a week after no response from first call and left a voice mail message with the person in charge of new acquisition. After another week of no response I advised the board this may not be the Company for our community. It appears communication or lack of is a problem with this outfit. We have moved on....
I see on many other sites a very low rating which I agree with. This is a small CAM company with a few Property managers sometimes less is more well not in this case. For weeks I’ve had Ginny ignore me and others in our community for whatever reason. Either to busy, over loaded with communities, doesn’t care, lazy, or incompetent. Could be all 6. I wouldn’t have written this review but I’ve had it. Weeks ago I had to drive down to the office to get answers so I can build my home due to the documents needed from our property ... read more
