It felt like a mini vacation. My main nurses were Daniela and Patty. Lovely young ladies and so professional. I am glad I went and look forward to going for another study. Pinnacle gets 2 thumbs up !!!
I was here for a fibroscan yesterday and everyone from d front desk to the tech and to the physician assistant who explained to me the test results was very welcoming, pleasant and professional. I'm glad & thankful to have been referred to Pinnacle by my PCP.
If I could give them a “0” I would. Went in for over 2 hours to see if I could qualify for a study. Several days later I get a call from the coordinator Jessica saying one of my tests came back positive for TB but it probably was an error and if I could come back the next day to retest. The next morning I get a text from her to please wear a mask for the new blood test. On my way over there I get a call from Jessica and she says don’t bother coming in to retest. Great friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Very communicative. Any questions I asked were answered. If the person seeing me didn’t know the answer they were able to get those answers for me. My coordinator definitely makes me feel comfortable and isn’t pushy about any situation. They’ve made sure to check on my well being during every visit.
