Great experience. Professional, good tech, empathetic, and educational. Director gave me some of his time to talk about my liver health. Very happy with the care provided.
The study drug itself is a life saver and made a big change in my health. But if you choose to participate in the study, be prepared for a lot of administrative and clerical issues. Appointments are always double the length they tell you, so don’t believe it when they say 15 minutes (will be 40) or 1 hour (will be two).
