Deserves 0 stars. This is the worst management company in the country. Even if it’s your dream apartment, I wouldn’t rent with them. Nothing will get done and the staff has no idea what’s going on ever. Whatever you do, DO NOT RENT with them. We had our front door broken for over 4 months and they did nothing about it

This is by far the worst management company I have ever dealt with. Since the day I moved in there have been serious issues that management simply ignores. They say they are getting approval from the owners, which is bullshit. The water is ALWAYS brown in my unit and my neighbors unit. My poor dog almost DIED from this water and was hospitalized for a week from it. There is no working ventilation in the bathroom, which is absolutely disgusting! The AC unit is full of musty mold. Can anyone help me out here? I figured I’d put this down in the reviews because I am being completely ignored when I send emails and phone calls are being ignored as well. I began renting with Dixon in Jersey City Heights (171 Columbia Avenue,) while I was a subcontractor doing more than 40 houses for Dixon, lived there with my wife and kids, I did all the repairs as well as the yard, and never once made a complaint nor asked for anything. I have been living in an apartment in jersey city for going on five years. Needless to say the management office is full of liars. They do bare minimum maintenance if any which you have to beg for. Regardless of speaking with actual people they have enlisted ai to harass you endlessly. The moment I can afford to move out I will ! If you have an option don’t waste your time or your money.
