Entertaining and Serene Site for a Wedding or any Venue I attended a wedding for about 130 people here. The food, the service were all very good! The Pinnacle is located right off a major highway, so it is very easy for your guests to find. The deck in the back of the building overlooks a pond with a nice waterfountain, which made for some beautiful photos of friends and family. 50th anniversary The staff was great to work with, super video prep, the facilities were excellent and well-maintained, the food was A-1 - an all around good experience for a group of almost 100.
not up to par Restrooms were not clean, even upon arriving. There were sticky spots on several seats at our table, and when we asked for them to be clean or for new chairs, the person in charge acted very put off instead of helpful.
Not Happy With Food or Service I had been to the Pinnacle Center about two years ago and the food and service was FANTASTIC. However I recomended it to a friend and a their June 2012 Wedding was a complete mess, Bad food, Rubber Chicken, Mushy Veggies and bad , Really Bad Service. I was very disapointed and so was everyone there. Not sure why the bad food for us but we were not happy. Amy E.
Great location for a wedding! I had my wedding here last year and still have great memories of how beautiful it was. The wedding coordinator was awesome through the entire process from music selection to menu selection to making sure the bridesmaids walked in at the right moment. I had my wedding on the terrace ballroom side, with the ceremony on the deck, overlooking the pond. Great Place!!! I am going to a reception there in December, and I am excited to see how it is! I have been there about 3 other times and I thought that the staff did an excellent job!! The food was great, and the waiters and waitresses were very helpful and accomidating. The facilities are beautiful and I love the fact that there is a patio with many doors leading inside from it!
Very nice! Great reception site for weddings. Large deck that over looks a great natural area. The room had a ton of large windows-very spacious feeling. Ample parking and I really enjoyed attending a wedding reception there. The food was great-it was served quickly and was hot!
Bad DJ @ company Christmas party. Whoever selects the music for this place needs to find a new job. Our Christmas party went great untill after dinner, and the Dj started to play just a whole mess of bad music. He could have looked around and seen nobody dancing, and instead of playing p-diddy, he could have put on some elvis or something. Nobody wants to hear a bunch of boom-boom music! That stuff gives me a headache! I dont know if the pinnicale center is responsible, but i would not reccomend using their dj for your event... read more
Perfect Place for Business Event We had our employee party at The Pinnacle Center and it was perfect! The room was beautiful, the food was great (good size portions) and the sound system was the best I've heard. They had big screens in the room so all of us could see the award presentations and even recorded it for us onto DVD. When we went outside onto the deck it not only had built-in lighting, but a lit fountain in a pond and jazz music playing on outside speakers. No one wanted to leave!
