maurice and his team did an amazing job with my carpet cleaning in mooresville. i had a basement carpet that i was sure would need to be replaced because it looked so stained and dirty. but when maurice arrived, he was right on time and acted very professional. he checked out the carpet and really knew what he was doing. he took his time and made sure the carpet looked almost brand new by the time he finished. he promised it would be spotless and it turned out even better than i expected! i'll definitely be calling them for ... read more
If I could give NO stars I would. So, I called last week, made an appointment for Tuesday March 31, for carpet and area rug cleaning. By the way, when you call for an appointment or estimate you get a call center with those who speak very poor English and are very hard to understand. 🤦🏻♀️They say something irrelevant when they answer the phone, and it’s just as well because they speak very poor English.
