Amazing service. Doug is the nicest guy ever. Up for a challenge when I called them to ask about removing a paint stain in my carpet. Very professional & polite.
Spilled a large glass of iced tea right in the middle of my light colored carpet. Called Pinnacle and now the carpet looks great! Very professional and helpful staff, reasonable pricing. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend.

Lincoln Location: I booked online (which allowed me to choose date & time, and agree to cost). The cost of services is relatively inexpensive for quality of work. Tech (George Patton) arrived 10 minutes early and started work immediately. Professional, efficient, respectful to me and my property, and quick services. Excellent results. You can not beat Pinnacle (Lincoln) for cost, results, and quality of experience. I wholeheartedly recommend.
