Literally the BEST first appointment I have ever had. From check-in to labs at the end, everyone was super friendly and personable. I saw Krysten Begley and she was so down to earth and made it easy to build a rapport with her. She addressed all my needs and listened, whereas other doctors treat me like a number that can do her own research. Krysten and Pinnacle is exactly what I have been searching for.
Dr. Morris is patient and a listened to my concerns. Wonderful Doctor!

I am soooo impressed by Dr Krysten Begley and her Medical Assistant Zoe! I went there today for the first time because I was in need of a new primary doctor. Boy did I make the right choice! Starting off with Zoe and going through the normal questions and vitals, she is so detailed and professional asking with being kind, caring and easy to talk to. i was with this DR office for several years and the Drs are great but there staff was allways kind of rude, then i get a bill for 35.00 for an appointment i missed because i was in the hospital, I called and the lady was rude and did not care about me being in the hospital and just wants there 35.00. i will not be going to this dr anymore nor will my mother.. the rude staff is not worth the good drs they have
