Great spot to bring your vehicle! The black tie service with pick up and drop off is extremely convenient, reasonable and fast!Quality job every time.
I used to go to another area full service wash, and got very unfavorable results. I recently tried Pinnacle. The full service wash here is by far the best in the area! Great price, and excellent service. They always make my car look great! Staff is very friendly! If you need to get your car cleaned up, these guys will take good care of you!
keep staff on hand to deal with the junk equipment that's always broke. I took my truck through the soft wash and the equipment stopped halfway through. I tried calling the phone number from inside the cleaning bay. No answer so I backed out and pulled into the laser wash side to rinse the soap off of my truck from the first wash. Again I have called and left messages, and received no answer. so I'm beat out of a total of $21 and still left with a dirty truck that now had soap suds all over it. Love the new full service!
Visited Pinnicle for my last time today, another water wash with no soap, I bought it to the attendants attention and he gave me the stupidest excuse that I am not going to repeat here, I figured I spend 780$ per year here, back to Shammy Shine, Rt 49 Millville, always get soap and much cheaper at 7 dollars, I only ask to get what I pay for.
We paid for the monsoon package. When we got home, I noticed scratches all around my vehicle. I have only owned it for 3 weeks and know it wasn't scratched prior to the wash. I am highly disappointed.
