I couldn't believe that they would cheat They change the addendum a few words and then took my money. i have plenty of evidence on the email and documents. i don't recommend for anyone !
Do not use this Company. Pitt Miller of the Folsom Branch screwed my loan up. I had made an offer on a house on March 17th and he made so many mistakes and lacked communication with me, the realtor, and the listing agent that I lost a home that should have closed in 45 days. I also lost 1500.00 to the Sellers by giving them a good faith payment because the house was suppose to close by 5/31/2017 which Pitt assured me of a 1000.00 still sits in escrow and 300.00 to an inspector which totals to 2800.00 dollars.
