From the moment I scheduled an appointment, to me walking out the door, it was an amazing experience. The front office staff are always so considerate and understanding, and they make each patient a priority. My therapist made me feel heard and welcome. In the past, I had difficulty finding a therapist that I feel comfortable opening up with and FINALLY found my place. Pinnacle Behavioral Health goes above and beyond, and definitely is the best in the capital region.
