The initial appointment seemed to be positive but after trying to reach someone about a different prescription because my insurance doesn’t cover it, I’m having no luck getting in touch with anyone. I’ve tried emailing, calling, and I guess now this. This was almost a $200 appointment and I can’t be spared a two min phone call about a prescription. It just seems like this was all for nothing. I can’t get paperwork that states my diagnosis. So again I just feel completely hopeless.
I want to start this review by stating Dr Smith is a great doctor, with that being said, the staff you hire can be your biggest downfall. I built an amazing bond with Dr Smith over the past few months. I was very transparent about my life because I desperately wanted help, I even recommended her to family and friends because that’s how wonderful of a provider she is. Dr. Smith is extremely kind, compassionate, understanding, and helpful. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients and their well-being. She has helped our family tremendously. I highly recommend this practice!
Dr. Smith saved my daughter’s life. She went beyond imaginable to act fast when the perfect moment arrived. I will be forever grateful for her compassion and personal approach.
