Don’t go here unless you want to be mistreated they don’t answer their phones and when they do their consistently rude mean and controlling. They don’t care about you and just want your insurances money when they can’t be bothered to call your insurance for billing they want hundreds of dollars or they cut you off. If you curse at them they cut you off. If you want to die, they cut you off. This place should rot in the furthest depths of hell
I have call for over a month non stop and still no one returns my calls, voicemails, nothing wrong what a way to handle business
I’ve been a patient of Dr Mahmoud for almost 10 years and there’s no one else I would ever be able to trust with my mental health besides him. He’s been there in my worst times and best times. He is very compassionate, has never treated me just like patient. I have my ups and downs like everyone, but he has truly gotten me to a place where I can say I feel good. And that’s a huge relief. Again there’s no one i would trust more then him in taking care of my mental health.
Been using these guys for 6 years now. The receptionist are usually very lazy but this past month I called 10 times a day every day for a month and only after a month of calling and leaving messages do I get an answer. When I asked what was going on their receptionist gave me the run around and said they didn't get any voicemail. I call bs, these people are extremely lazy and they need to hire somebody who actually wants to do their job. Never using them again!
