Best bank with friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's in a good location, easy to get to, and I give them an A+.
There online notifications doesn’t work correctly! There online banking only works 50% of the time ! Unable to view images 0f checks ! It says there no longer available?! And when you call customer services all you get is a busy signal. ?! On any number you call local or corporate! ? They tried to blame it on my phone and my cell phone carrier and recent downloads ! Kyle is amazing in the loan department. Helped me check over a current loan I have not even with them. Everyone at pinnacle banks are awesome!!
Love the staff, especially Zion and Chastity. Zion is a fast, reliable and friendly when handling day to day business at the bank. If you're looking to qualify for a loan, Chastity has been the best at making me feel comfortable and finding the best course of action for my situation. I highly recommend!
