As always friendly service found everything I needed
I am going TODAY to close my account and my daughter's savings account. Pinnacle is my secondary bank, so I don't use it very often. I keep money in there so I can access it at a local bank in case I need it. Well, the last 3 times I've needed something, I could not access my accounts because of "security issues." Most recently, they marked my debit card as stolen because I didn't use it for 6 months and deactivated my online account because I didn't log in for 3 months.
