no matter how many times you call & leave a message for a teller to call you back - they don’t. even when online it says they’re “less busy that usual”. 10/10 don’t recommend having a bank where you can’t get a teller on the phone or even a simple call back.
(Please read the full review for an update) I opened a new business account several weeks ago. I went back in to get my accountant added so they can "read only" the statements. The Treasury division informed me it would be a $10/mo service charge. No other bank that I went to wanted to charge me any service charge. So I went back to the branch where I opened the account. I was informed that adding a person would not be a problem and that they would let me know by end of the day by a confirmation email that it was done. While... read more
I wish I could give this bank a 0 star but it’s not allowing me, anyways this bank sucks and is so unprofessional they never want to help with anything the staff is very rude and don’t want to give you your money when you go into the branch. I don’t recommend this bank at all.
