Are Chris, Sid, and jane aware your customer service has gotten this bad? Especially in athens georgia off lexington rd... Terrible customer service. Restricted my card right before they closed for the weekend, and now i cant get in touch with anyone to fix it till monday??? Ive banked with this company for 10+ years. It's a good bank. I like them, but I feel like every time I have a problem, they dismiss me. I always try to fix my problems on the website first if I can but this time it wouldn't let me and when I told them that they just pushed me out the door and told me I HAD to fix it on my own. I am still unable to use my zelle, and they still refuse to help me.
Very modern bank using modern transactions. People working there are very helpful and friendly.
