Truly wish I could give more than 5 stars. From the moment that I walked in the level of professionalism was incredible. I was there to open a new checking account and I was lucky enough to get Erica the branch manager. Erica walked me through every step of the process showing me multiple options to choose from and making it easy to decide what was best for me. Pinnacle has a customer for life!

I have banked here for almost 20 years. On this day I arrived at this location to sign a form which had been prepared for me. The initial teller who greated me was normal, but when she stepped away to refer to her superior, I could over hear the supervisor say, loudly, that I was wrong, the forms could not be signed and I was to wait until I could be seen.
