Today Savanah was great she helped my daughter get a new account. She didn't leave any stone unturned. She got a free gift as well. So if you need a great bank try Pinnacle you won't be disappointed
Very helpful staff. Convenient location. There was no defined idea of where to go when I arrived. There were just a bunch of work space islands throughout the lobby.
If you are looking for a bank that cares about you, Pinnacle is the best. Ms Erica goes above and beyond to work with you. She is very understanding and willing to take the time to go over options. Gilma greets you with a smile. They are friendly and courteous. It's rare these days to be met by a bank that remembers you by name. Thanks so much!
Are Chris, Sid, and jane aware your customer service has gotten this bad? Especially in athens georgia off lexington rd... Terrible customer service.
