The owner is a Hack and shady as all hell, sooooo many come backs and can't fix things the first time. He spends more time worrying about going out to play golf instead of staying and working on cars and making sure they are getting fixed. He does repairs on customers cars without even asking for their permission and then tells them about the work afterwords. the owner is a complete Shyster!!! They are the best! I only take my car to pinnacle- love them.
For 50+ years I did all my own repair and maintenance work. I'm too old and creaky to do that any more, so I had to look for a repair shop I could trust. Found it! I know enough about cars to know when I've been treated well, and when I'm being given the run-around. They do quality work at a fair price - what more do you need?
