Penny is a truly outstanding salesman. He worked with us to get us 2 cars. One of us had not good credit, the other had not good income. He was able to combine those two things to get us into 2 relatively new cars
If I could rate negative stars I would! I bought a car that was “inspected prior to the sale & nothing wrong with it”. HOWEVER, it ultimately needed over $12,000 worth of work which included a NEW TRANSMISSION. There was an entire list of other issues and parts needing fixed or replaced. The service contract that I signed up for did pay for the work but only after I paid for it get towed 50 miles back to them.
