Fletcher Neeley is quite the smartass when he doesn't like when question why photos aren't included for the units "Why don't you just come on down and see it, Brian? How about that?" Then proceeds to threaten me with a libel lawsuit if I leave bad reviews. Hahahahahahhahahaha. "Oh, and if you do publish bad reviews I'll take you to court for libel. And win." Professionalism at its finest!
Has been amazing to deal with as a small business/tenant. Attentive to tenant needs. Thankful for Fletcher. Would recommend to small businesses looking for commercial space.
Fletch Neely, one of the owners, is not a person I would recommend doing business with. In my opinion and based on experience dealing with him, he is immature, dishonest, irrational, and emotionally unstable. He will use unfair and unethical tactics to try and obtain his goals. If there was a good adjective to describe him, I would choose "evil".
