If I could give this place a no star I would because if you like to live in something that "looks" luxury in the day please do. But keep in mind if you decide to rent here cockroaches come with the "perfect" home, no parking spaces are always essential when you come home late, cameras are litterally everywhere so I guess that a plus but privacy isn't really a thing here. My family and I have been residents of the Pinnacle Apartments for almost a year and it has been such an amazing first time experience for us. The Pinnacle Management team, maintenance and other property staff go above and beyond for their residents. Including throwing various shindigs to make us feel more like a community. It's so refreshing! We also love how clean and cozy our property is. They stay on top of maintaining it. Everything has truly made us feel, at home.
Zero stars! I only put one star bc I had to , to even make a post. Do not move here. The model that they show you will not be like the unit they give you. They are very misleading. My apartment was not clean when I moved in. This is how my apartment looked when I moved in. Haven't even been here a week and this is how my apartment looks. It's mold everywhere. Great management, positive energy! Just left an event for the residents to bring out pets and everything was great! I look forward to the next event.
