Chris, the owner, responded the evening of my request & had a more than fair proposal to me the following day. Work was scheduled quickly to keep us out of the sweltering heat. My family and extended family has been using Chris and Pinnacle Air Solutions for over 20 years. Most recently, they supported our daughter and son-in-law after they bought a home that had an ancient HVAC system. From start to finish, their customer service, technicians, responsiveness, quality, and price were all exceptional. Chris continues to lead an excellent HVAC company, one that I and many of my family members highly recommend!
I can’t recommend Pinnacle Air Solutions enough! My husband and I bought a home with an extremely old HVAC system that needed to be replaced before it croaked out this summer. Chris and his team came out quickly to replace the system and were so accommodating to make sure we had cold air quickly and later came out to replace the furnace portion of our system. My family has been working with Chris and Pinnacle for decades and we couldn’t trust them and their work more! Highly recommend their team!
The best around the area. He beat all the quotes I have been the lower price but not only that, he upgraded my system from one unit to have individual control on my 2 story home. For not even close of the price that other companies asked. Chris is the greatest guy and his employees are really professionals. I wanted to add, he used one of the most expensive brands, not the cheapest.
