Coming from Kaiser to Pinnacle has been a breath of fresh air. Staff have been friendly and helpful with every request. Working with Ryan Dobbs has renewed my hope in the medical system. He responds promptly, listens to my concerns and helps come up with solutions based on my personal requests and needs. Having all of the essential services under one roof and having a care team that seems to truly care has been a huge blessing.
My primary care provider at Pinnacle is Ryan Dobbs and I could not be happier with care I have received from him. I have had to see him a few times for different issues I have been having. I have been searching my entire life for a Dr who actually listens, cares, and doesn’t just try and give you a prescription and rush you out. Dr. Dygert is great. Compassionate but blunt when needed and will talk to you about how to be healthy - not just shove an rx down your throat and constantly up the dosage without asking questions. I have never felt seen or heard by a provider until now.
Dr. Ryan D. and the medical team at Pinnacle are wonderful! They have helped me get my health back on the right track by educating me and providing me the care I have been missing out on. Dr. Ryan was able to identify a long standing health issue that I was not previoulsy informed of. Thank you for taking the time to answer all of my questions/concerns in a professional yet personable way!!
Hands down the best doctor’s visit I’ve ever had. Everyone was super kind, patient, and really made me feel at ease. Dr. Dobbs was amazing — I felt totally safe and genuinely cared for the whole time.
