I moved across the country to take care of a sick relative. I provided written notice 30 days before my next payment date. They are saying I needed to fill out a form and are charging me an extra month; when their own terms state that they need WRITTEN notice 30 days prior. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this entire team! I have never felt more scene and heard ever by docs and staff! Dr Dygert has been my primary care doc for at least a year now. April put in my free IUD they helped me qualify for as a single mom. Sherry has dealt with my hormone moodiness and made be feel heard. To share overall experience with PA April Caldwell and membership with PAPC is summed up in just a couple words. Amazing, attentive, educational, available! Everytime my wife, our kids or myself go in and vist with April, she actually takes the time to investigate, diagnose and suggest treatment without running us out as fast as she can! We are an actual name and not a number! The best way to see a Dr! We love Pinnacle and April!
