I got a membership through Pinnacle through my work, with Ryan as my primary provider. When I say I have never had care like this before. Visits don't feel rushed, and from the establishing care appointment on, I have felt heard, and cared for as a person, not just another face in the crowd or a number. Ryan has done more for me in 7 weeks than my prior provider did over the course of 6 years. Thank you!
I had DR Dygert at a previous provider. I was devastated to find out he was leaving. I finally felt like I had a DR. I can trust and had my best interest in mind. Fast forward 2 years, not happy with my new Dr. I proceeded to search for Dr. Dygert and found him and joined Pinnacle immediately. They always get me in right away within a day or 2.
