Ryan Dobbs is an extremely Awesome care provider. He is quick to identify a problem and is quick to get in touch with you. He is very consistant to stay in touch of my medical needs. He is a real pleasure to have as my physican.
So from the very beginning, I’m a little disappointed. I was told one thing and given the complete opposite and then when the director called me, she deflected and made it sound as if it was my fault completely unprofessional. I just wanted an apology for them, giving me the wrong information.
I've spent a decade or more trying to find good healthcare. I've pretty much been living off of random annual checkups and urgent care for as long as I can remember. I'm not good at taking care of myself, but Pinnacle is excellent at it. Ryan Dobbs, April Lynch and their whole staff have been incredible advocates for me and my family. Ryan Dobbs makes going to the doctor enjoyable. Truly exceptional. Extremely knowledgeable, superb bedside manner, and a fun and friendly conversation had every time. I, unfortunately, have quite a few medical issues going on and he has been a ROCKSTAR helping me navigate it all. He is truly one of a kind. Cannot recommend him enough. Best part, he’s a Veteran!!
