Plumbing Express did major work in my house, replacing all the galvanized pipes with Pex in my kitchen, water heater, laundry room and 3 bathrooms. The workers were communicative, responsive, and super competent. Plumbing Express promptly addressed all the little problems that came up. I couldn't be happier with the service.

I would prefer to give 0 stars. I was expecting Stephan to show up in person for a job as he had twice in the past. This time, however, he sent a worker to do a rather small job that took no more than an hour at most. I spoke with Stephan on the phone the day before and sent him a pic of what needed to be done. Unfortunately, this worker showed up in a big truck and apparently carried not a single copper pipe or copper elbow. Only about 6 inches of pipe and one elbow were needed. Amazing service and amazing price. I own and manage 9 different apartment buildings and use him for all of them. I had a sewer emergency and the owner came out personally and they started replacing it the next business day. He charged half what I would have expected for the work and did a great job. He finished the project one fifth of the time I would have considered reasonable. Use this guy.
