He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the process of clearing out the pipes thoroughly. I appreciated his transparency about the costs and what needed to be done. The work was completed efficiently, and I was amazed at how quickly he resolved the blockage. Not only did he clear the pipes, but he also took the time to check for any other potential issues and offered helpful maintenance tips to prevent future problems.

We called Plumbing Express to help troubleshoot our rooftop unit that we thought was near the end of its life. They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue (years of dog hair had traveled through the return air duct and clogged the coils!), cleaned and serviced the unit, and had it back up and cooling by night's end. We will use them again because they were TRUSTWORTHY, RESPONSIVE, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. The final bill was double the estimate for a simple clean-out. Sticker shock and highway robbery.
