Had a wonderful time at SUP Yoga - got a good workout in & had fun - the instructor was very nice & was great at putting my worries (about falling in lol) at ease & making it scalable to all levels - will definitely do this class again!
They delivered as promised and the owner is friendly. The equipment was in good shape, and included a dry bag, map and bottled water. I went down the Big Island Slough route and enjoyed the solitude. I recommend starting early in the morning during the summer, it gets very hot by 10:00!
I went once several years ago and had a terrible experience. I was finally convinced to try again. The staff was amazing. I cannot express how nice and friendly they were. The cute puppy who greeted us was pretty great too. Thanks for a great start to our holiday!
I did SUP Yoga this morning and it was such a blast! Great way to relax
