Nail salons in Laveen are all the same and this one stands out from the crowd in the worst way possible. We received terrible customer service. Paid for two milk/honey pedicures and one set of regular nails. The women doing the pedicures were extremely rude and laughed after cutting both of us and making our toes bleed. The man who directs you where to sit upon entering was very condescending the entire time. This place is not worth the hassle and the pain. Take your money and your time elsewhere!

Was almost out the door and finished when he cut me 🥴. He was going to file my nails one last time and fix this slant but instead he grabbed the cuticle tool and cut me. Proceeded to add different chemicals and powder, which made it hurt more, then apologized and walked away. Also tried to charge me after not giving the full service requested (callus treatment, massage, etc). This place fell off big time and is run down now.
