Me and my mom came in earlier to get her birthday nails done, and the experience was honestly disgusting. After a soak off, they cut her pinky nail even after she said she did not want that done. She tried to let it go, but then they did the exact same thing again to her thumb nail after she already told them no. Right after that, the workers turned around, started talking in their language, and laughing. I went to Pinky Nails & Spa T&L with my mom for her birthday, and the experience was honestly heartbreaking. She originally planned on getting a full set done, but changed her mind because of how rude and unprofessional the staff was acting from the beginning. They talked badly about her nails, laughed in front of her face, and made disrespectful comments that completely ruined her confidence and birthday mood. Just don’t come here go across the street! Zero stars if I could I went in for a full set, pedicure, eyebrow wax and tint. First, they were really rude. I paid the $70 pedicure to get the 15 min foot massage literally my “massage” lasted 7 min and there was no rubbing or any relaxation whatsoever she literally just slid the product on and wiped it off.
