I’ve given this salon two chances, and both times the experience was disappointing and unprofessional. On my first visit, I asked for a combination of colors on my toes at the start of my pedicure. Halfway through, the manager (a brunette woman with glasses) told the technician it would cost $5 extra. This was never mentioned beforehand. I was advised that when getting a pedicure, a design has to be a separate appointment. I've never in all my years of pedicures (30 years+) heard of such a thing. Annoying! It's very annoying!

I love this place for my nails! Good service and price. So relaxing and they are very careful and do a great job. Even if there are other salons in a more convenient location closer to Y&E mall or station it is worth the little walk.

Sunita and all the staff are sweet, meticulous in their work, friendly and ultra-professional. They take their time and give you the full mani/pedi experience. They smile and chat with you in the kindest way. And, importantly, my nails (hands and feet) look amazing! Thank you, Pinky Nails! I’ll be back! 🥰
