They refused to do a simple design without gel, said it would take too long and laughed. That’s how it was done back in the day! Doesn’t take long to dry and then move forward. But they preferred the faster money option.
I love coming here. The prices are great and I'm always happy with my service. I have tried many pedicure places and this is by far the best.
I love this place so much. Every nail tech I’ve had has done a great job. Megan gave me the best pedicure yesterday! I was so relaxed. Everyone is friendly. It’s clean. Ken up at the front desk is exceptional…he always gets you booked in quickly and efficiently and is very welcoming. I won’t go anywhere else for my nail services.

This place has HORRIBLE customer service. Unless you look like you have money, they don’t want anything to do with you. I made an appointment at the wrong location (I had no idea there was more than one location) and when I asked the guy if he could get me and my mom in for Mother’s Day, he said he wasn’t for sure. I looked around the check in desk and saw 10 empty chairs and only 2 people getting a pedicure. Went right over the Palace Nail and Spa on Deer Valley and 83rd and THEY took great care of us.
