I love the way Katie did my nails! They look perfect Unfortunately I am not happy with the gel polish even though I chose the color. The polish is very thin and my nails can bend with it. I have never had my nails bend when using a gel polish maybe a third coat would have helped This is certainly not Katie’s fault Update: I have changed my rating to a 5 * I did go back, unfortunately 1 of my nails did break and another cracked, But they fixed both for me without any problem and no charge for the fixing I’m sorry I don’t know... read more

NEVER AGAIN!! I heard mixed reviews on this place so we figured we would give it a try. They aren’t friendly at all! we said color tips not all one color. We said it literally two three times but she was too busy on phone the whole time while painting. So really ignorant they rolled their eyes and said next time you tell us! We did? She chose not to listen and sit on her phone whole time? They charge you different prices as well. The sign when you walk in don’t even matter because they up charge you no matter what. I paid $75 for lousy nails. They filed my nails down too far, to the point where my nails began to burn. They also filed them sideways. The first nail tech barely spoke English and filed my nails in the wrong shape and I had to be switched to a different nail tech. The nails weren’t terrible, but they do not have the skills to be charging the prices they are.
Grace did it again for all of us. Such a talented nail tech! Since I’ve been here, I can’t go somewhere else. Highly recommend for all my friends :)) Definitely 10/10
