We have been here several times and paid for the deluxe $70 pedicure and it is hit or miss. Asked for regulator manicure several times but still got gel. Toes were done with a regular pedi and 2 hours later still gummy and snugged off. One out of 3 times is good here.
I have gone to several different nail salons in the area, and this one is by far my favorite. It’s rare that I get exactly what I ask for, and the service at this salon never fails to do so. All of the employees are extremely kind and make your experience very pleasant. I have been a regular customer for months and will keep coming back because I know I will consistently leave the salon feeling satisfied with my results. Thank you Pinky’s for the incredible service!!
don’t be fooled by these negative reviews, i have been coming here since jan 2026, everyone has always been so kind and do such an excellent job it’s not an exaggeration from the moment you walk in, they make you feel welcomed and will do everything to make your vision come to life. I make my appointments with Tina because I love how quickly and effortlessly she does nail art but you won’t be disappointed with whoever you get, because they all do amazing!
Excellent accommodating friendly staff!! And very clean! Feels like a saloon should feel! Love. You ladies!
