Hit or Miss - Beware – Customer beware - you have a 50/50 shot of either getting the best or the worst manicure/pedicure when you walk into this shop. I've been going to the West Loop location for several years now and, until the last year or so, received consistently good service. Now, it's become completely unreliable. If you have the luck of being assigned to one of the more mature women, you'll get a great manicure/pedicure.
