My elderly aunt had an appointment with Dr. Kurani and she was wonderful. My aunt was really pleased. Well the second visit which was very recent was extremely different. Dr. Kurani was rude, short with answers and really disrespectful. So much so that my aunt gathered her things and left without finishing the appointment. As a doctor you should not let your bad day or bad energy from another patient or anything come with you to see the next patient. Common courtesy is not to much to ask for. Best endocrinologist I’ve ever had.
The issue from the previous negative review was resolved. This Doctor's awesome. That is all.
Dr. Kurani is WONDERFUL. I can't say enough good things about her or my (video) visit! She listened intently and really cared about addressing my symptoms. While I wish I could have met her in person, I truly felt like I got the full experience via Zoom and I am grateful that she took the time to listen to me and help find answers to my questions without being dismissive. I highly recommend visiting her if you are seeking help from an endocrinologist!
