Stopped in with my husband to grab a maintenance kit and blades for my husband to do our yearly service on our mower. He didn’t have all the information that we needed but the lady on the counter was very helpful and was able to look it up and get everything that we needed. My husband had a few maintenance questions and the man on the counter was able to help him with that. They have a very good selection of mowers and everything that you need to maintain them. Very good customer service. Guy went out of his way to help me. Had everything i needed. Wide variety of riding mowers weedeaters chainsaws blowers and more. Stihl products.
This family-owned business needs help. They need phone service, staff and customer service training. The hyper aggressive behavior from this business owner is known across at least three counties. IF you do spend your hard-earned money at this establishment....pray that you never need service....pray that you never have to talk to the aggressive female business owner...and pray that it isn't summer. Stood around a while waiting on salesman! Looking at mowers inside. Made me wonder if I bought a mower from them would I get same service if I needed warranty service ???
