Ordered pizza for pickup. Went in after the pick up time and was told it would be 8 minutes. That’s fine, it was a busy night. After going back in and asking again, they could not find my pizza. They finally find it, utterly cold and, per the time stamp, had been sitting by there for 40 mins. 10 other people in the store also waiting and getting visibly annoyed.
