After the first time they let me show up for booked appointments, and said there was nobody available to service us. I gave them another chance !! And today their phone wasn't working so I booked online with a specific person and at the time of my apt I get a call telling me she left . If I was willing to see someone else. I said yes being i was 1 min away . And upon arrival I was told once again there was nobody available to do a set!!!!! Waste of my time waste of my gas!!! And horrible customer service !!! I had a good time at Pinko! I had Sophie and she did a good job on my nails! The only reason why I am not rating 5 stars is because my nail bed was burning the whole time only on my left hand because it was cut too short, and also because they were so busy that I felt extremely rushed the whole time sitting in there. I got acrylic nails with a design and it was $70 without tip. You’ll see in my photos the results v.s the reference photo, I did ask for them to be shorter than the photo so please keep that in mind.
The lady did a good job ,but the gye in the front very rood. He was rushing her. He wanted to leave early. They close at 7pm. At 6.15 he told me why my nails taking so long. And keept coming to me 5 times saying done , done , let's go home, home. I said I'm paying for full set why arw you rushing me out. He wanted to leave early. My service wasnt even complete. I still don’t understand how and why my total came up to $170! $110 for builder gel and design. My nails turned out fine but I just can’t justify the price. I didn’t ask for a super intricate design and my nails are not that long so there wasn’t much to file down. I think I saw that I was charged for filing down, which is a weird thing to charge for a manicure service. $60 for callus smoothing pedicure with gel.
