Came to get my nails redone as the polish melted off my toenails after 24 hours, and they don't open on time. Waiting 15 minutes for them to open at 10:00 am, 10:15 am still not open. It's 7/29/25, disappointing that they don't reflect the correct hours on their door or google

I made an appointment for 10:45 am. Both online and on the door of the business, it says Sunday’s opened at 10:30 AM. I arrived before 1045 and the salon was closed. I called the business number and sent a message through their Instagram account with no response. I waited outside in the heat as other customers also arrived and were waiting for the salon to open also. I’ve been trying to find a good nail salon since I’ve moved to Yonkers, definitely found the one now. I had Joy, she’s amazing. She made sure to do everything I wanted and checked to make sure everything was good. She’s very gentle, takes her time, and is precise. A lot of salons can not do a good french tip at all, however these are so perfect to me. Pinki’s Nails is definitely now my favorite nail place.
