My first visit was great, but everything went downhill after that. From the second visit on, I kept needing corrections, and by the third and fourth visits, the results were absolutely unacceptable. The photo I attached was taken the very next day after the service…and it already looked terrible. Honestly, I could have done a far better job myself at home. This is completely unprofessional and a total waste of money.
rachel did such a great job! definitely coming back EDIT: came in a second time and rachel was not as meticulous. she missed color and top coat on the sides. this is a super basic application and im quite disappointed.

I have been going to Pinkie for approximately a year. It has been good thus far. Rachel does my nails and designs; she’s very good at what she does. However, I recently attempted to make an appointment and was told that before booking, I need to agree to giving 20% tip to all technicians that provide a service for me. The nail prices are pretty high and many people cannot afford to give more than what they are already paying.
