Amazing service. After a four month search this was the truck I purchased. I viewed hundreds of trucks and test drove 12 to 15. Brad Deml at Deml Ford was by far the most honest and candid sales person I spoke to. He was knowledgeable and straight forward in his communication. They replied promptly to my inquiry. Even though it was only a used car, we were treated respectfully and attended to courteously. We ultimately bought the car. Subsequent to paying for the vehicle, when they were detailing it for delivery, they determined that even though there was only 33,000 miles on the tires and they still had plenty of serviceable tread, they were the original tires and, therefore, ten (10) years old and should be replaced. I was told that the used car manager is driving the car and is away and that I would be contacted when the car is back and available. That was a week ago.

Deml Ford Lincoln was outstanding. My emails were answered promptly. They took the time to answer all my questions. My only regret was not being able to get up to the dealership in time to do business with them. The Truck I was interested in sold the day before I was planning to drive up. I will continue to review their inventory until I find the Truck I am looking for.
