Flowers were beautiful which makes up for where this company lags behind. A website would make ordering much more efficient and effective. I don’t live here so I had to call to make the order. Due to a communication barrier my order was not delivered when I thought it would be so I created other means to get it done. It created more stress than I wanted to deal with. You can tell this company cares about what they do and their product shows but they could make some much needed improvements to get up to speed.
Would not recommend tried calling them and they hung up the phone within the first second. With no explanation as to why. Tried calling them again and they did the same thing.
So pleased with the beautiful arrangement delivered for a family member funeral. The arrangement was beautiful and my order was completed exactly as discussed. I would highly recommend them. Thank you 🙏🏼
I called Pinketa floral shop needing info as to what to get for a friend whose husband passed away. Jeanette was extremely helpful I in finding the perfect arrangement. I recommend her highly in using her again & will recommend her to all my friends - the people who got the plant were impressed & stated it was beautiful
