Look elsewhere, they told me over the phone they would accept my health insurance. Two weeks later I walk in and they tell me I have to use my settlement money for treatment since insurance doesn't pay them as much. Totally wasted my time. I thought med docs follow an oath to help however this guy was just concerned about his money. Oh and also they don't want to go through insurance because they are capped on what they can charge but if they go through a medical settlement they can charge whatever they want!
The staff were friendly and very direct in their evaluation and questions covering my visit to their office. Together we came up with a game plan that would start to treat the basic problem of my back issues that have been a painful problem for years. Dr. Pinkerton gave me hope for that light at the end of the tunnel that will be drug free for me while getting me back on the road to a normal pain free back. Thank you.
